Return & Refund Policy – GHEEVA

At GHEEVA, we take pride in delivering high-quality, traditionally crafted desi ghee. Due to the natural and perishable nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy once an order is confirmed.

However, in exceptional cases, we are always happy to support our customers and provide a fair and satisfactory resolution.


GENERAL POLICY

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
  • We do not accept returns due to personal preferences such as taste, texture, aroma, or color variations, as our ghee is handmade and 100% natural.
  • Each batch may slightly vary, which is a sign of authenticity and traditional preparation.

1. DAMAGED PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Order number
  • Image of invoice
  • 1 clear image of the outer packaging box
  • 2 clear images of the damaged product

Resolution:

  • Only the affected product will be eligible for replacement
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
  • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and assist you promptly

2. MISSING PRODUCT

If any item is missing from your order, inform us within 5 days of delivery.

  • 2 clear images of the opened package showing all received items

Resolution:

  • We do not provide refunds in such cases
  • The missing product will be re-shipped promptly after verification

3. SPOILED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you believe the product is spoiled or defective, please notify us within 10 days of delivery.

  • Clear images or a video showing the issue

Important Note:

  • Natural variations in taste, texture, aroma, or color are normal in traditionally made ghee and are not considered defects
  • As our products are handcrafted using traditional methods, no two batches are exactly identical

Resolution:

  • Each case will be carefully reviewed
  • Replacement will be provided after proper verification
  • We ensure a fair and transparent resolution in all cases
  • Response time: 24–48 hours
